How do I work?
That's really up to you. I'm happy to take briefs in person, over the phone or via email. If I am to write something effective and useful for you, here's what I'll need to know:
How do I charge?
Again this is dependent on the nature of the project. For one-off pieces, I am happy to agree a flat fee. For ongoing work, it is often better for us to work out a shopping list of prices, based on a per word rate. For work which requires ongoing updates, we might be better off to agree an hourly rate. You're the client, so I am open to negotiating a fee structure that works for you.

- What do you want to tell them?
- What do you want them to do with the information, ie, is there a call to action?
- What is the format - and how long will the piece of writing need to be?
- When do you need it?
